ARIS and Adabas&Natural launch as independent businesses

We’d like to inform you about last updates from our strategical partner: Software GmbH has officially launched ARIS and Adabas & Natural as standalone businesses, each with dedicated leadership and growth strategies. This move follows the sale of other business units like Alfabet and Cumulocity and marks a new phase of focused innovation.

As standalone entities:

ARIS continues to pioneer in business process intelligence, offering process modeling and process mining solutions that empower enterprises to gain end-to-end visibility and control over their business operations.

Adabas & Natural, known for its reliability in high-performance non-relational database technology, continues to innovate across mainframe, Linux, and cloud platforms and support its customers.

We continue our collaboration with SAG ARIS GmbH, congratulate the entire ARIS team on this important milestone, and look forward to strengthening our partnership as they enter this exciting new chapter.
